Our 30-day return policy for furniture purchased on this site.
30-day return window
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all parts, fittings and instructions included.
Because furniture is bulky, returns are arranged by collection rather than by dropping off at a courier point.
How to start a return
Email <a href="mailto:sales@ftfurniture.com">sales@ftfurniture.com</a> with your order number, the SKU, and a short description of the reason. We will confirm whether the return is approved and arrange collection.
Return shipping cost
If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we cover the return cost in full.
If you are returning for a change of mind, the return shipping cost is deducted from the refund. We will always tell you the amount before booking collection.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned goods arriving and being inspected. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is released.
Items that cannot be returned
We cannot accept returns on assembled or used products, on items damaged through misuse, or on clearance items marked as final sale.
Exchanges
Want a different colourway or size instead? Start a return for the original item and place a new order — that is usually faster than a swap, because stock moves quickly.
Statutory rights
This policy sits alongside your statutory rights as a consumer, which are not affected by anything written here.
